That is correct, Wizz Air do employ pilots from non-EU countries, in fact some of my Ukrainian course-mates who were not tagged to any airline prior to starting the course have gone through the Wizz assessments this week. Another friend of mine on the course is from the Middle East but married to a EU citizen - that works too.
However, I simply don't see how an Indian citizen would acquire the
Unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union without any 'connection' to this place.
