Fcom V speed's Lufthansa

A few years ago I was privileged to aquire a copy(couple pages) from the 340FCOM of the V'speed definitions(very progressive in the fact they emphasized the"recognition"factor of the Regulation)..Is it possible for a "Lufthansa" PPruner to replace these well worn pages for the 320/340
