If the Airbus operation has been done through an employment agency and goodness only knows what to sell the tickets then some of the smart people should be able to seperate the entities to continue the opetation. I agree with your synopsis.
Some part are profitable and some are not.
Receivers role is to separate them which easy as will all be Ltd companys and try and keep profitable going.
