With deep regret, SIA only have Cadet Pilot Programmes currently for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents and also for Malaysians.
Even though you can submit the application successfully, the status will be 'In Review' forever.
The nationality do matter here. If you are a Singaporean/
PR, you may get notification for preliminary interview with 1 or 2 months provided you meet all the requirements.
For Indians, SIA had this programme opened in 2011 only and it was closed then.
Further they are not having any future plans to widen the nationalities, but if they do Indians will be the first to be considered.
