Wizz Air just decided to remove random roster for pilots which was giving 400-500 euros extra for those who decided to have such a pattern ( no commuting ) just to save such an small amount of money and making more unhappy to the employers...the result is that every time they are paying less and less with a good number of airplanes on the ground in Budapest due to lack of pilots... salaries schemes were changed more than half a year ago and in comparison with the old schemes are 10% less.( opposite what they announced). They are changing every month their plans, their terms and their objectives. A ship sailing on the sea without heading with an objective of 300 airplanes in less than 10 years and without pilots.
