I have to say I agree with the points you made; especially the point about the option to move schemes. Apols if I have misinterpreted, but, I would disagree though about the suggestion that every serving at the time took a decision to stay put. For some it was a no brainer to jump to 05 -especially PAS. It was horses for courses-I know at least one individual whose pension virtually doubled.
