Usually ask about current A/C but expect questions regarding fuel planning, RVSM, stuff any experienced airline guy should know.
Regarding the upgrade process, some experienced FOs who have just finished their mentoring programme have received command evaluation dates end of next year. I believe that there’s a slowdown in the upgrades at the moment.
