I'm a little perplexed that so-called "Professional Pilots" would be defending the actions of this individual. There are two possibilities here:
1) He's physiologically fine, and he's committing fraud to collect disability benefits that he is not entitled to, or
2) He's not physiologically fine, in which case he lied about it to get his pilots license and has been putting hundreds of innocent passengers at risk.
There is no other possibility...
How in the world can you justify that sort of behavior by another pilot?
