Haven't forgotten my promise to check log books, but I'm away from them for a week or so - will research a bit more when I can.
Many/most Wessex served in more than one theatre; for example the Middle East ones - Aden/Sharjah/Bahrein - mostly finished up in HK IIRC.
I first flew the Wessex in 1970, and (nearly 3000 Wessex hours later) finally flew one in 1995. That's from memory, I'll be more accurate when I dust off the logbooks. Walter the Wessex figures in all 3 Volumes - in and around a few other types - so I'm sure I can provide some more detail on the cabs in question.
