Sorry, that Dauphin was less than 20m from the public highway, if there had been an accident I think you would find the crew would be appearing in court to explain their actions. I really think you need to stop clutching at straws, this crew through a lack of TEM potentially put themselves and members of the general public in harms way. I am afraid to say that is totally unacceptable
In former times often, now once in a while I hover directly over a motorway and other roads....

Mostly, because there is an traffic jam/accident behind a curve/hilltop.
I ˋm sure, I prevented more accidents then I caused ;-)
