100% true. Question is, can the investors ever see past the profit margin, and see the bigger picture of how he is running the company will effect long term growth because of the lack of staff retention. There will be 300 upgrades this year is the prediction I heard, and that wont even cover the resignations...and there is i think on average 1 new aircraft a week for next 3 years to crew..!

Give old molly his dues, he did a fantastic job in creating the beast that is ryanair, but they are now too big to have the same infrastructure that they have when they had just 10 800s...they need more than 2 girls on crew control, more than rostering sticking plasters, look after ltc's more, stop this contrator rubbish, they are now an operation with over 15,000 staff, they now have to grow some corporate and social responsibility.

Sadly, the entire current management, from the very top all the way down to the cabin crew supervisors are so poisoned in their way of thinking of how to "manage", it makes one wonder if the ship can be turned around.
