I think no news is good news! I did my medical for BNE base in mid August, sent a follow up email last week and they replied few days later with "your application is progressing and we will keep you updated etc". I am however still waiting on one more green tick so my situation may be different.
I'm in the same boat, but I've got all green ticks. Hopefully we'll hear something soon!
