Why that’d be the company of course. One way street.

So even if and when you approach the productivity ‘goals’ they can always throttle you back unilaterally to save money.

While keeping ya on reserve in case they really need ya.

So you’ll always be chasing fleeting needles and moving goalposts.

Looks a lot like the Nigerian Prince needs help moving money email approach to me.
