I'm here in Budapest, been to Szeged and esztegrom
Fly team told me that they don't offer hour building,, but their nvfr and atpl theory is good value (€880 & 1500)°
I ended up in pannon air (tokol airport near Budapest) flying Da20 at €109 per hour. But I needed 5hrs with instructor for type rating before going solo.
I learnt that it's not straight forward process in Hungary as US or France
