They hired a lot of pilots all over the americas and europe this year, and the company still hiring people, daily we see a lot of new pilots doing the pilot screening process. Here is a good place to fly, they pay us a good salary, we fly good airplanes B737NG/MAX - EMB190, they give us transportation from home to the airport and airport to home. Panama City is a great city to live, there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, schools. They schedule is really good, you can choose your destination, if you want to fly a lot or few hours, that system is really good.
