If it was a single campfire and the crane centered a 2000 gal load on it, then yes. But like Gordy says that isn’t the way wildfires burn. In my area there were 65 new fires from a single thunderstorm/lightning front that went through. A week later the resulting fires covered about 4000 hectares and growing. All the bucketing did was support ground efforts and help preserve infrastructure (bridges, roads, buildings) where ground could not access or was too dangerous to access.
