Police numbers fell slightly between 1994 and 2000 (eyeballing the graph, by about 4000?) but rose substantially between 2000 and 2010.
The numbers have now been cut back substantially, below the 2000 minimum with Labour, to late 80s levels.
Request you check your figures and amend accordingly.
