Yeah, maybe, maybe the management are content with stability and what they have now and the positives they do have, maybe they just don’t think that expansion or huge investment is credible with restricted flying times / curfews and runway length. If they were in mass decline maybe they would think again but the figures show stability. There is a lot to be said for that.
