Along with many other balls up I fail to see anything remarkable she has achieved within her first year of office, other than rebranding a company that didn't need rebranding.
What we have gone from is a brand identity that is already rolled out across airport, aircraft, staff and internal, to a pervy sounding slogan, rubbish looking livery and a CEO paid of £400K a year! Mark my words she won't be the CEO any longer than another 18 months.
You can add mass exodus of senior staff as well to that list.
