I think it was a majority-owned EU subsidiary (Flybe Nordic). It was sold to Finnair in 2014 anyway and now trades as Norra.
They did own Norra, which Danish Air Transport just bought 60% off. But they also operate ATR72s for SAS (an agreement launched after Norra was sold off).
