We have members that are married to each other where a part time roster would let them raise a family, others may have a sick partner/child/parent and need to be there as a care giver. The FAU have been far more successful in obtaining rostering practices that are far more family friendly.
Been discussed on the forums and at AOA meetings, if you feel so strongly about it as a member put it forward as a motion and get someone to second you and put it to a vote. This is not the place.
Origjnally CC did not include HKPA, it was an addition.
