Be aware that the £11.50 congestion charge operates from 0700 till 1800 on weekdays, but Park Lane in both directions is exempt, as is Edgware Road and Vauxhall Bridge Road-Grosvenor Place heading north. One route from the North just clips the zone in Oxford Street, you can turn just before the zone.
