Expiry theory PPL
Theoretic exam is valid 24 months i.e. 5 of july 2018.
Candidate passes skill test july 2 2018, sends documents but they arrive at CAA july 5.
CAA replies one day too late, should have arrived
july 4, have to redo written, correct?
