Just wondering what is the tea patry interview all about?
Actually what kind of answer they expect from us? Am i right to say that they are looking for someone who is mature (mind), stable, good in judging and reasoning?
During the intreview, Cpt Lim did't ask much question, quite quiet. Most of the questions are by a foreigner (Caucasian), I did't remember his name. According to the HR personnel, he is the neutral party.
