Correct me if I'm wrong, but
AFAIK there is no suggestion of R/H engine malfunction. Is it being suggested that jet fuel may have been loaded into the L/H wing tank, but not the R/H?
Seems highly unlikely, unless one bowser ran out and then another was deployed.
