The validation and FAA ppl based on a foreign license is nothing more than a paperwork exercise that does not involve a flight school or instructor in any way shape or form. Only a FSDO gets involved when they review your paperwork. So unless you were unnecessarily taking people’s Money for a paperwork exercise that they can do themselves without any flying required, I have no idea how you would have done 100’s of these validations.
now if your want to switch your license to an FAA certificate which requires a flight test then that’s a different story and then a flight school and DPE would have involvement.
