not really, they have a RR engine issue like many other 787 operators and need to replace the lift one way or another.
This wasn't planned by Norwegian they just had to deal with it.
i gather there has been a significant increase in booking to fly on the A380, its peak season so few options available to punters and airline a like,
but huge publicity
