Suggestion: Why don't we ALL just automatically support our colleague, until and if FACTS suggest otherwise. Her willing to go to court tells me that there are probably many FACTS about this case that CX hope will just go away. Time will tell. You are aware I assume that it also involves CAD and therefore Boeing? If you feel strongly enough that the Manufacturer’s procedures were incorrect maybe you could take the stand in court and advise as such.
