Thank you for appointing me Honorary LCYer!! Unfortunately my eyesight is -6/-6.5 so was even on the margin for a PPL medical!! Alas I doubt I can become a Sooper Dooper Honorary as I live in Bromley, Kent...on the edge of any approach you guys should be making! A couple of times walking my dog in Beckenham Place Park one of you LCY pilot-types have been seen to be doing a low-level "queue" for LCY, much to my delight and the slight consternation of other walkers/golfers!! (Beckenham Place Park is Europe's best public golf course if anyone is a fanatic and about a 30min drive from LCY).
Oh and as for listening to ATC - EYB of COURSE I would listen even if I were a pilot ::smiling ingratiatingly:: hehehehe
