I’m on the Airbus fleet and I can tell you that the feedback we receive has generally been very good. I can’t comment on the 737 operation. The National 757 debacle is now hopefully behind us and terms and conditions and day to day management of the operation is showing signs of improving. Many of my flightdeck colleagues are from good airlines like Monarch, Thomas Cook, Wizz, Turkish, Gulf and many others. We are without exception aiming to do a professional job and offer good customer service.
Good luck to the company getting a 321neo off a 5,600ft strip at Southampton to Newark if the media reports are true..must be one of the worst most clueless airlines in Europe .
The 738 debacle is a disgrace. They are cancelling flts from BHX at short notice .Today cancelling the main flt to Malaga but running an extra flt not advertised. However it doesn't return. So the passengers booked on the return must be flying back with another airline or another airport.
I have friends who's flts with them have been cancelled at short notice weeks ago from BHX.
Yet they have had no refund and e mails not replied to.When they phone they just get an answering machine told to leave a message but get no reply..utterly appalling airline and I advise everyone NOT to book with them .
