5.5 Degrees That's nothing.
Back in the bad old days when only Dash 7's and D0228's could operate, the G/S was 7.5 Degrees.
I once sat in the jumpseat of the the CAA Calibrator 748 aircraft once when it had to do the 'above path' checks on the Glidepath at a whopping NINE degrees. The view out the front just filled with ground!
