Yes, got delayed 5 hours RIX-GLA last year with Ryanair. Filled in the online form when I got home, received an acknowledgement 3 or 4 days later that the compensation would be in my account "within 10 working days" and 3 days later every penny was there. Very impressed. I don't know why so many companies seem to have problems with this process!
