Well, in very noisy flightdecks i would probably take the A20 instead. In the A320 family the ProFlight is actually very nice if you can stand in-ear headphones for hours on end. As i was very much disappointed on switching to the A320 from the 737 with regards to flightdeck noise, it should work there as well. I actually believed those that told me that the A320 is much quieter than the 737: Surprise, it isn't really, somewhat, but not as much as i thought.

What i find kinda annoying is the fact that Bose still insists that one should not use rechargeable batteries as they usually have a slightly lower voltage. In this day and age that is very old fashioned indeed. Of course, they could have gone for a rechargeable option of their own as well, they do on other products after all.
