Actually, police disclosure here is easy to get via e-Police portal (one of rare items that actually work in the country like that). I just need to translate it.
@Jaair - perhaps there is some other document you can provide to prove residence - why would an Utility bill be addressed to you? I do not get the point why do they ask for it.
