Falcon666, I cant argue with you on your last sentence. I have no idea how much planning went into the operation but I doubt they went in without sufficient thought.
As a flight deck employee I have been as badly affected as anyone else except for some of my cabin crew colleagues who have had it much worse. Only time will tell whether the company learns the lessons of employee management required to hire and retain decent quality staff. As a brand new operation I am prepared to give the company some slack at least over the next few months.
