Other airlines are looking very closely at the operation and will no doubt follow suit shortly. Loads may be good but again it comes down to yields, are you actually making any money!
Grasping the chance without real planning comes to mind.
You are probably correct that there is a market for this business model but what would happen if Easy, Wizz, Jet Blue jumped into the fray- more established airlines with bigger fleets
Getting the Primera name out there is important, but so is reliability of service, punctuality and customer service.
