I've been searching for information on obtaining a radio operators certificate as a requirement for converting my ICAO to EASA and some flight schools (particularly German) keep showing me this. Along with redoing the EPL for ICAO english. Portugal has specific mention of using the level on the licence and Poland has no mention of redoing it as long as it's valid. Neither provided me with requests for a radio operators license. Can anyone shed some light on this? Is it embedded in your license in some countries and others not?
Also does anyone have experience with the practical portion in Poland since I will be sitting my exams there already. ICAO-CPL ME-IR conversion FWIW
