Gin's email excerpt however answers most of the questions. Yes you have to pay for an interview. So they can decide you are not up to the mark but relieve you of £850.
Surely their costs should be covered in the training scheme itself, not in charging for 'facilities'.
That said it sounds interesting, but how much guarantee of employment is there? And who with?
