got a replacement licence...I'm still stuck with the old one, despite applying for a new one ages ago.
And why did your old licence only have a 10-pages? My existing (old) licence is 12-pages (which was the replacement of my older 9-page ATPL in 1993), but admittedly pages 10, 11 and 12 are each marked
