Doesn't this sound odd for you? At this stage, I would be expecting the HR team to have a general idea on how to divide the groups of cadets to be interviewed (for instance, in July the TOP performers, in August the "Middle pool" and in September "the spare wheels"
or Are they seriously catching up with the applications? It does not sound realistic to me....
I have not received the email yet, but I guess we will not get it until the cadets are chosen and the contracts signed off.....
