You can go straight on to the A320 fleet at the moment. No B737s anymore, as mentioned above. You will need the right to live and work in New Zealand. Air NZ aren’t doing any sponsoring. You also need an NZ CAA license.

PR but was not sure about the avalability of jobs thr and how easy or difficult to get thm .
