Stratus Aviation
Having first approved and read that attachment to your last post, I have now unapproved the letter. It is somewhere between laughable and pathetic. If your business can't stand a little scrutiny, competition and pressure, time you cut your losses and move on.
People don't come to PPRuNe to read about childish turf wars and name calling by charter brokers. I have some of the email traffic........... time some people grew up.
How do you think a charter broker can hold an RPT AOC to conduct air transport category airline operations with chartered aircraft? Or establish and manage a CAR 217 organization? Or are you proposing another of these "interposed entities" arrangements to try to circumvent the Civil Aviation Act and Regulations?
It takes no more than five minutes internet research to establish it is very highly unlikely any air charter broker, particularly Stratos or Stratus could ever legally conduct air charter operations in their own name, let alone air transport RPT operation in Australia.
The fun is over. Thread closed!
