It says "fluent" in German for Swiss, I am not actually sure if they specify any level for it. We have a couple of guys who are Swedes/Australians/Britons who all speak ok-ish German but prefer English on the line. I guess it'll prob come down to doing all the screening in German and if they think you're good enough that's that. Also, German isn't German here, it'll be with a heavy Swiss-accent, kind of like English in Scotland I guess ;-)
Lots of our french-speaking/italian-speaking Swiss colleagues have good, but not fluent German.
