The Roster is strongly depending on your fleet of course. On the LR fleet (you can't join directly), very nice and lots of days off.
On short range sometimes six days on, one off, and another six on. Also a lot of nightstops, so don't expect to be home every night.
Otherwise a very nice company, with a big need of pilots.
