Unfortunately nothing is going to get those ATPLs back, after 7 years they're gone. But the question was about the IR.
I would suggest that you take the ATPL exams again, but if you *
REALLY* don't want to take the exams, you can buy/fly your way out of it:
Get an FAA IR (min training in your case)
Log 50 hours PIC under IFR
Convert via CBIR and only take an oral exam.
You can avoid the exams, I didn't say it would be easy or cheap!
