Can someone help me understand if NON TR 737 First Officer have to pay 3 years Bond like in the 787?
im a non TR, “high experience” FO, approved for both 78 and 73, got the call for the 78 last week but was requested to give 40k bank guarantee for 3 years which I cannot obtain.
does the same condition exists for the 73?
i know few FOs that entered this year and didn’t pay or give any guarantee.
