Well the black one is just the wind-tunnel model of the Boeing-NASA blended-wing-body (BWB - a.k.a. X-48A/B/C) - been around a few years. (Sorry the source has to be the DM

NASA movie, NASA prototypes. Neither looks especially capable of a fighter mission, although I guess a full-sized BWB might make a cargo hauler.
