Go to the EVA web site down load and print out the application ( 9 or 10 pages fill them in and attach all requested documents and mail it in I tried faxing it and got no responce, 7 to 10 days after mailing I got a telephone call.
pay is not great but ok big prob is 4 year 60,000 USD training bond.
By the way my tt is over 8000 and have airbus time.
