Rafale presently is the better purchase as it is striving ahead, Typhoon is in phases and the German EFA (Typhoons) are multiple phases behind.
We know already that Typhoon is now a bomb truck once F35 (OCA) comes into service in numbers. Where is France and Rafale in comparison with F35 ?
