Hi everybody, I have a question about the bonding(training cost). If the candidate fails in the training period or if the company withdrawn the contract during probationary period what happens? Does the employee pays the bond? Do you have any idea about the percentage of fails during training or probationary period? I believe myself but I have to calculate all the risks.
